Refunds:

At Jobflo, we are committed to providing high-quality SaaS solutions to our customers. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Monthly Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable. This fee grants access to our SaaS platform and its features for the billing period.
  2. Usage-Based Charges: Any charges incurred based on usage of our services are non-refundable. These charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and reflect the actual use of our services.

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for periods where the service was available but not used.

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy varies depending on your agreement type:

  1. Annual Agreements:
    • If you have signed an annual agreement and choose to cancel before the end of the term, the entire remaining balance of the contract becomes due immediately upon cancellation.
    • This means you will be responsible for paying the full amount for the remainder of your annual contract term at the time of cancellation.
  2. Month-to-Month Agreements:
    • If you are on a month-to-month plan without a long-term agreement, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
    • To cancel, you can use our self-service billing portal or contact our support team at billing@jobflo.co for assistance.
    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
